Delivery & Collection
Collection POLICY
When you buy furniture units from us, we offer free collection from our premises in Portishead, near Bristol. Collection eliminates the risk of damage by couriers and gives us the chance to have a friendly face to face chat, including answering any questions you may have.

After your order is confirmed, you will receive an email from us offering a number of available collection appointments. These will be Monday - Friday 08:00 - 18:00. If you have bought an item with a longer lead time, after you have received notification from us that your items are ready, we will send you another email similarly offering a number of collection appointments.
When being collected, your furniture will not come with any protective packaging nor will we supply any straps etc to secure your furniture for transit. It is your responsibility to bring such items, appropriate to your chosen method of transport.

It's also your responsibility to provide enough muscle power to lift your furniture into your chosen transport. We'll provide one person to help.

Collection Location
You will collect your furniture from either our manufacturing workshop or from our partners Wildtracks Campervans who are a 10 minute drive away. We will detail the location when offering you the collection appointments.

Delivery Policy
Delivery is available on most of our products. Our furniture will be delivered on a pallet by an independent courier. There are a number of important points to take note of:

The pallet will be delivered to the supplied address. There must be someone there to sign for the delivery. In the unlikely event the furniture has been damaged in transit, the delivery must be rejected and the furniture will be returned to us by the courier. We will replace the affected parts and organise redelivery.

Once the pallet has been delivered, the courier will not be able to assist in moving the furniture in any way. The packaging is not waterproof. It is therefore important that someone is available to help you move your new furniture out of the elements. We recommend a minimum of two people for moving our furniture.

If you opt to collect your furniture, it will be 100% assembled. If you opt for delivery, to enable it to fit on a standard pallet and keep delivery costs to a minimum, it will be 97% assembled. The required assembly will take approximately half an hour and requires no specialist tools or skills. Delivery of completely assembled furniture is possible at extra cost - contact us for more information.
